5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only in these limited circumstances:

• AI services: OpenAI for generating enhanced product descriptions (product data only, no personal information)

6. Chrome Extension Permissions

Our Chrome extension requests these permissions:

• activeTab: Access the current tab when you click our extension button
• scripting: Extract product data from supported websites
• tabs: Open Facebook Marketplace for automated listing creation
• clipboardWrite: Copy product information to your clipboard

These permissions are used solely to provide our core functionality and never for unauthorized data collection.

7. Data Retention

We retain your product data and account information as long as your account is active. After account cancellation, your data is kept for 60 days to allow for account recovery, then permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion by contacting support.

You have the right to:

• Access and review your stored data through your dashboard
• Update or correct your account information
• Delete specific products or your entire account
• Export your data in a portable format
• Opt out of non-essential communications

9. Cookies and Local Storage

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Our extension may use local storage to temporarily hold product data during the listing process. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

Our service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
